We´ll be open 10:00 – 15:00 work days, starting June 26th

Please call in advance to make sure we’re available – And pretty please, do not call at night or in the weekends. Email and texts are not answered outside opening hours.

Note that repairs are slow at the moment, somewhat due to the intense traffic you give us, and otherwise because of the difficulty in sourcing parts, now only worse in this Age of Stupid.

On the upside, we do the occasional house call and field work, should your predicament be of a less transport friendy nature.

If you opt to ship your gear to us rather than handing it over in person, please make sure it can withstand a fall of at least a meter if you send by Postnord.

Better yet, don’t ever use that sorry excuse for a courier. We have had excactly zero positive interactions with their services these last five years.

There are other companies able to find our doorbell, not drop stuff, not deliver it at the wrong door etc.

(UPS and Posten being notable examples on proper service, having at least a 98% positive track record in our book, just saying.)

Opening hours this summer will be restricted to 10:00-15:00, work days.

Last week of orders for regular customers is week 26.
Last week for business clients is week 27.
Last week of pickup before the holidays is week 28.

Holidays

The repair shop will be closed for business July 15th to August 15th, opening again Monday 18th August. There will be no delivery or pickup possible, and we will not answer the phone.
